Our story
50+ years of heating and cooling in Westchester
Bella Family Air Solutions has been a family operation since 1976. For decades we have kept furnaces, boilers, oil burners and air conditioners running in White Plains and the towns around it — the same pre-war colonials, post-war split-levels and small commercial buildings you see on every Westchester street.
In 2013 we made a deliberate change: we went green. We incorporated as Bella Family Air Solutions Inc. and switched every cleaner, coil treatment and duct sanitizer we use to non-toxic, non-abrasive, environmentally safe products, and became Nu-Calgon certified. That is where our motto comes from — safe solutions for your home or business are our number-one goal.
Today our shop is in the Fairview section of White Plains, a few minutes from the Bronx River Parkway and I-287, which is why so much of Westchester County sits within a short drive. We work on all makes and models — from steam heat in older homes to rooftop units on commercial buildings.

Our two-part maintenance
Beyond the standard tune-up, we pull out and clean the burners and treat the return ducts for mold with a sanitizing process. On boilers we clean the burners and drain the system zone by zone to clear air and correct over-pressure. See our maintenance service.

From a family trade to Bella Family Air Solutions Inc.
- 1976 — the family heating and cooling business begins.
- 2013 — we “turn green” and incorporate as Bella Family Air Solutions Inc., switching to non-toxic, environmentally safe Nu-Calgon products.
- Today — licensed, bonded & insured, EPA Universal certified, OSHA 30 trained and BBB accredited with an A+ rating, serving Westchester County, all five NYC boroughs, Bergen County (NJ) and the wider Tri-State Area.
Our work covers heating, cooling, water heaters, boilers, forced-air units, duct cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and repair — on all makes and models. Quality products, quality service, quality solutions.

A person picks up
Our line runs 24 hours a day, and the voice on the other end asks about your equipment, what changed and who’s at home before anyone is dispatched. Our customer reviews mention that more than anything else.
Diagnosis before parts
Technicians with at least 15 years in the field test the system, explain what they found in plain language and lay out the options — repair, stopgap or replacement — before any work begins.
Safe products in your home
Since going green in 2013, every cleaner and sanitizer we use on coils, burners and return ducts comes from Nu-Calgon’s non-toxic, non-abrasive line.
Records you can keep
You get a written warranty on our repair work, with terms that depend on the job, plus a clear record of what was done — useful for warranty companies, insurers and the next technician.
We work on boilers, furnaces and heat pumps, central air, oil burners, water heaters and commercial equipment — all makes and models. The one exception: we don’t service window units, wall units or PTAC units.
